Swedish massage uses a system of long strokes, kneading and friction percussive and vibration techniques on the more superficial layers of muscle, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. This common form of massage promotes relaxation, improves blood circulation and range of motion and relieves muscle tension.

Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, deep tissue massage aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep trigger point acupressure on the contracted areas. Deep tissue massage is great for breaking up and eliminating scar tissue.
Prenatal massage therapy supports the physiologic, structural, and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus. Massage therapy is used to address the various physical challenges of pregnancy: edema; foot, leg, or hand discomforts; and pain in the lower back, pelvis, or hips.

A whole-person approach to healing and the inter-connections of mind, body and spirit. A cranial sacral therapy session involves the therapist placing their hands on the client, which allows them to "tune into craniosacral rhythm". The therapist gently works with the spine and skull to ease restrictions of nerve passages and optimize the movement of cerebrospinal fluid thru the spinal cord and restore proper positioning of misaligned bones. This is an excellent treatment for mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ syndrome and chronic pain like fibromyalgia creating the optimal conditions for health, encouraging vitality and facilitating a sense of well-being.
Reiki is the "laying on of hands" and a pure energy form of healing therapy. The word "Reiki" means "God's Wisdon or the Higher Power" and "Ki" or life force energy. The term "Reiki" is "spiritually guided life force energy". A complete treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It is not dependent on your belief. We believe that all things come from God. Those of us Christians who practice Reiki have a solid foundation in our faith and know that God is guiding and protecting us in all we do. We practice the laying on of hands with a secure belief that we are being guided to follow Jesus' example to be a healer and have been called by the Holy Spirit to use our gifts for the highest good of our clients.

This luxiorious massage opens pathways, allowing healing energy to flow throughout the body. Thai herbal balls are applied along meridian lines, accupressure points and joints. The balls are steamed and the warm bundles are then applied directly to the skin. The blends of herbs used have a therapeutic, relaxing and invigorating effect on the body and mind, while also soothing sore overworked muscles. This treatment is also great for relieving sprains and strains of muscles and tendons, sinus pressure, migraines, stifness in the joints, inflammation and stilulation of circulation.

Known around the world as the "deepest most luxurious massage on the planet ." Ashiatsu works to balance the energy or "chi" that flows in channels throughout the body. An adaptation of an ancient form of barefoot massage using deep compression effleurage gliding over the body providing deep relaxation and stimulation of the lymphatic system. Bars are used over head for balance and lubricant is applied to the feet.
