Marie has a passion for touching lives and cultivating an understanding of what God can manifest in the physical and emotional body. She is a women who embodies unconditional love and takes a very compassionate, caring spiritual approach to holistic healing. She finds that her personal and professional interests are inseparable.
"I believe in the possibility of being healthy and whole which comes from embracing the whole person: mind, body and spirit. I want my clients to know that I care and God cares."
After receiving her undergraduate education at the University of Delaware, Marie spent over 20 years in administration and finance in the healthcare and fitness industry. While working in prestigious hospitals and medical practices on the East Coast, she progressed through the ranks of management in a successful career in the corporate world before opening her first wellness practice at City Fitness in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and eventually bringing it to Arizona.
In 2006, after a near death horse accident and months of rehabilitation with alternative healing therapies she knew she found her calling and decided to broaden her education in the healing arts. Marie changed her career and went on to study several holistic healing modalities from the National Massage Therapy Institute, The Institute for Massage & Spa Therapy Education, Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and Advanced Education Systems.
Marie now incorporates all areas of her background into her massage and wellness practice. She understands that healing comes from the inside out and pain can be experienced on many different levels. Helping her clients ease their pain and live a full, comfortable, rewarding life is her priority. Her knowledge and experience help make her a dynamic Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner and Instructor.
"Since I was little girl I always loved to learn, teach and share my knowledge. Loving life and teaching the world to be happy, healthy and whole is my life-long goal. It took a near death experience to wake me up, reflect on my past, explore my present and reconnect spirituality with God and my authentic self. I haven't looked back.
I trust and believe in God's healing power.
Sharing life with my soul-mate, best friend and husband, Eric Russell Neugent is one of my greatest blessings. My sons Tyrell and Michael are my pride and joy. I love Arizona, my cozy home with my two dogs Misty and Thor, and being outdoors hiking, camping, photographing, and just enjoying nature.'
